Returns and Refund Policy

Sportsnet Holidays will not refund or replace any item that has been incorrectly selected by the customer or if a customer changes his/her mind. Sportsnet Holidays will replace an item if it is or becomes faulty though no fault of your own, if the item didn’t match the description on the website, if the item does not fit the stated purpose on the website or if the item has defects that were not obvious or were not bought to your attention before you made the purchase.

Goods may be returned within (14) fourteen days and must come with a copy of your email confirmation as a proof of purchase. Items may need to be returned to the manufacture for inspection. Items will be replaced with the original item purchased. To return an item please call us on our freecall number (Australia Only) 1300 888 858 or email us at travel@sportsnetcorp.com. A store credit may be issued to the discretion of Sportsnet Holidays.

The time period for which the correct item will be delivered will include the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes us to send it back to you if in stock (5 business days). The customer will need to pay all postage and handling charges.

Delivery

Deliveries take between 5 to 10 working days (subject to stock availability) after you receive your order confirmation email form Sportsnet. Deliveries within Australia will be charged a flat rate of $9.95. The courier company will need a suitable address to deliver all parcels, and only makes deliveries between business hours. Please supply us with an address where someone will be available all day to sign for the package or a work address, with company name. If there is a failed delivery and there is no one to sign for the package there will be a card left for you to contact the courier company to arrange another delivery or to pick up your package from the post office or courier depot.
